Pizzeria Europa

Very tasty almost everything I ate here. The mixed salad is delicious. Everything is fresh on the plate. We have been coming to this restaurant for over a year and the food has never disappointed us. Congratulations to the chef! The view from the restaurant terrace is exceptional. Opposite the restaurant is the botanical garden and everything is incredibly green and beautiful. One of the best restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz!

The best service we have gotten so far in over a week on the island! Our server, Juan (picture shared with his permission) was Attentive, made sure we had enough to drink regularly, and checked if everyone enjoyed their food, witch we did, good food:) I also have to mention, I’m on the larger side, and the chair was uncomfortable for me, I’m used to this being a problem, but when he came with a larger chair for me, I actually burst into tears… I was tired after a long day, and that was so nice

I cannot give more than my praise for these kind, hardworking people. Our all inclusive was hugely disappointing so we went here almost every day to enjoy delicious food. The food was fresh, delicious and did not have to wait long for our food. One evening we had paella and because we were here for lunch and wanted to know more about the paella (because we had never tried it before) the friendly waiter even arranged that as soon as we arrived the paella was already ready, that's service. Whether it was paella, schnitzel, pizza or lasagna, everything was deliciously prepared and we had a really great meal. In short, definitely recommended if you want good food, where the people are extremely friendly and where you can definitely expect service! Greetings from the Netherlands and we will come back to tenerife just for this address. See you next year!!!

After spending a relaxing afternoon at the Jardín de Aclimatación de La Orotava, we stopped by Pizzería Europa, conveniently located just across the street, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. We ordered the stroganoff with rice and the ½ chicken with fries and salad. Both dishes were served just 10 minutes after we ordered, and the portions were impressively large. The stroganoff was rich and flavorful, while the chicken was perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, paired well with the fresh salad and golden fries. The prices were more than fair, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food. If you’re in the area - especially after a visit to the garden - Pizzería Europa is a spot we highly recommend. Great food, quick service, and a warm welcome!

Very nice place, very decent food with extremely low prices. I had a good time here alto rest a bit I ate garlic shrimps, they were good, very simple, littlerally just shrimps with garlic, had to ask for extra rice with it which costs 2.50€.

We had 5 different meals and they were all good. Especally omelett, pizza and melon with serrano ham.

I have to say, the pizza here was delicious. But I am marking this review down due to lack of staff attentiveness which let the end of the evening down. I am unsure if this is normal, but they only had one staff member covering the floor. She took our order quickly, and it arrived quickly. But there it stopped. Getting extra drinks was difficult, and we wanted dessert but there was no staff to be seen (I noted other people complaining of this too). In the end we gave up on the idea and I had to go inside to find her, where she was just behind the bar laughing and joking with the only other member of staff. No apology, just took my payment. It left us with a bit of a sour taste. But as I say, the pizza was delicious and maybe this was a one off.
